Orders & delivery
How long does my order take?+
The delivery time is 2 business days (maximum 5), counted from when the order is taken over. We deliver through Cargus, Fan Courier and Sameday, to your address. On the dispatch day we notify you by email or phone.
How much does shipping cost?+
The shipping cost is borne by the buyer. From time to time we run campaigns where, for orders above a certain value, shipping is free; the conditions are announced on the site during that period.
Can I pick up the product from the showroom?+
Yes. You can pick up your order from our Tulcea showroom. We call you when the order is ready, and at pickup you can see and test the product on the spot.
How do I track my parcel?+
After dispatch you receive the AWB code and a courier tracking link by email. For anything unclear, call us at +40 730 374 009.
Warranty & service
What warranty do the products carry?+
Products come with at least 1 year manufacturer warranty, and many carry 2 years. The warranty is honoured locally through our Tulcea workshop.
How do I activate the warranty?+
The warranty activates automatically with the invoice you receive on delivery. Keep the invoice and packaging; for a claim, email us a description of the fault.
Do you repair faulty products?+
Yes. We run our own service workshop in Tulcea: diagnostics, battery cell replacement, winch and hydraulic plate repairs.
Products & stock
Are the products in physical stock?+
Yes, we keep physical stock in Tulcea, we do not dropship. The availability shown on the site reflects real warehouse stock.
Can you help me pick the right config?+
Of course. Technical consulting is free. Tell us your boat type, motor and the waters you fish, and we recommend the right winch, anchor or battery.
What brands do you sell?+
We import directly STRONGER for winches and boat gear, DREAM for anchors, Rebelcell for LiFePO4 batteries and MARINAC for dashboard accessories.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?+
You can pay by card online, by bank transfer based on a proforma invoice, or cash on delivery through the courier.
Do I get an invoice?+
Yes, every order comes with a tax invoice issued by Nautic Profi SRL, for both individuals and companies.
