The controller of your personal data is S.C. NAUTIC PROFI S.R.L., with its registered office in Tulcea, Str. Portului 14. We process data in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

We collect only the data needed to process orders and provide support:

• Name, surname and contact details (email, phone).
• Delivery and billing address.
• History of orders and service requests.

We process data to fulfil the sales contract, issue invoices and honour the warranty. The legal basis is contract performance, legal obligation (accounting, warranty) and, for marketing communications, your consent.

We keep data for as long as necessary for the purposes above. Financial documents are kept for 10 years, as required by accounting law. Data used for marketing is kept until you withdraw consent.
